You may return one or more products within 14 days as of the date on which you received the goods ordered.
To start a return claim, you must contact our customer service using the form provided in the Contacts section of our Website.
The refund does not include transport charges.
You will receive an e-mail by Erreà Sport S.p.A. to confirm that we received your return. As soon as our Returns Dept. has received and inspected your return, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we refunded you. If you received a wrong item (differing from the one shown at our Online Store) or a damaged item you may return it within 30 days as of shipment date. If the item is defective, you will have a period of 2 years to request a verification by Erreà Sport.
Up until 31/12/2016, all return shipping costs shall be borne by Erreà Sport S.p.A., to welcome our customers.
